2024年6月20-24日に香港で開催されたµFIP (Micro Flow and Interfacial Phenomena )2024において研究発表を行いました.発表内容は長鎖DNAの分子サイズ同定を高速かつ高精度に実現するナノデバイスの開発を目標としたものであり,原理検証に成功した成果をYi君が発表しました.我々の開発したデバイスは,ナノ流路を用いてDNA分子を伸長して,伸長状態からランダムコイルに戻る時間を測定することで分子サイズを推定することができます.講演タイトルは以下の通り.

We presented our research at µFIP (Micro Flow and Interfacial Phenomena )2024 held in Hong Kong on June 20-24, 2024. The presentation was aimed at the development of nanodevices that can realize determination of the molecular size of long DNA chains with high speed and high precision, and Yi-kun presented the results of successful proof-of-principle. Our device can estimate the molecular size of a DNA molecule by measuring the time it takes to return from the elongated state to a random coil after elongation using a nanofluidic channel.
